At Voyabarefoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund: clearance items, damaged items due to misuse, items without original tags, custom or personalized products, and items purchased during special promotional events (unless otherwise stated).

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at voyabarefootsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact voyabarefootsupport@gmail.com. Exchange shipping may be covered depending on the circumstances.
